The reason behind the data processing

  • Less Toxic Please collects your data for entering into and executing agreements. When you place an order in the Less Toxic Please webshop, we process data such as your name and address details, e-mail, telephone number, invoice and delivery details and financial details in order to be able to execute and handle the order. We use the payment provider Mollie to process your order. We will forward your contact details to the delivery service so that your order can be delivered. Do you want to exchange or return an order? Then of course we need your data to make this right. The basis for this data processing is entering into and executing the agreement.

We process this data under the basic agreement, when your question, request or complaint relates to the service. In all other situations, we process the data on the basis of our legitimate interest to be able to respond to your message.
