Complaints & Warranties
The legal guarantee applies to all products that you have purchased from Less Toxic Please. This means that you are always entitled to a sound ('good') product. You may expect that a product that you have purchased from Less Toxic Please is or does what you can reasonably expect it to do. What you can expect from a product depends, among other things, on the type of product and the information you have received. That also means that if you have unrealistic expectations, Less Toxic Please is not responsible for this.
If the defect falls within the warranty, Less Toxic Please will arrange for repair or (if repair is not reasonably possible) replacement free of charge. Please contact Less Toxic Please by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fill out the contact form and we will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Do you have a complaint? Of course we hope not, but it can always happen that you are not completely satisfied with the product or our service.
Are you not satisfied? Let us know by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. In any case, state your name, order number and description of the complaint in your e-mail. In principle, Less Toxic Please responds to your complaint within 5 days. If it is not possible to provide a substantive or final response within this period, Less Toxic Please will in any case confirm receipt of your complaint and you will receive an indication from Less Toxic Please of the period within which Less Toxic Please expects you to receive a substantive response. or to provide a final response.
As a consumer, you also have the option of submitting your complaint to the European online dispute resolution platform. You can find this ODR platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
