A place for the details.
What the name opens up
Less Toxic Please is an English-language journal about personal care, cleaning, kitchen materials, home environments and product labels. Articles help readers identify the information needed to compare products and use them as intended.
The name is a starting point for questions, not a rating applied to every product. A material or ingredient cannot be judged from a slogan alone. The product, exposure, directions and individual circumstances all matter.
How the articles are put together
Notes link to relevant public information, certification organisations and manufacturer instructions. A manufacturer example explains a specific product feature; it is not a claim that every similar item has the same properties. US, UK and European rules are identified where relevant rather than presented as universal.
The website does not run a testing laboratory, certify products, provide individual medical advice or claim to have personally tested the products illustrated. Photographs show subjects and objects; generated editorial images are labelled on their article pages.
Corrections and commercial relationships
If information appears incomplete or a source has moved, send the page address and the detail to info@lesstoxicplease.com. Product formulations and instructions can change, so check the current label before use.
There are currently no affiliate tracking links or paid product rankings in this package. If commercial links are added, their relationship should be disclosed alongside the content.
